Download instructions

Note: The download process and appearance of screens during the download process may vary from computer to computer, based on the version of Windows® or the type of internet browser that you are using. If you have any problems downloading the product or any questions, please call 888-898-WORX ext 102 or send an email to support@retireworx.com, and we will be glad to assist you. Please include your name and phone number if you leave us a message.

1. Click on the button above.
   
   
2. The 'File Download' dialog will appear. Click Save.
   
   
   
3. You will be asked where to save the file. Chose your desktop and click Save.
   
   Note: If this is not the first time you have downloaded the application, e.g. you are updating the application from a new build, you may see the following dialogue box. If so, click Yes to replace the existing file.
   
   
   
4. You will see a progress bar displayed. Make sure the box labeled "Close this dialogue box when download completes" is unchecked.
   
   This download may take a few minutes, depending upon the speed of your internet connection. Please be patient and do not interrupt the download process.
   
   
5. The system will display the message "Download Complete". Click Open to continue.
   
   Depending upon your browser settings, you will see the contents of the downloaded ZIP file as a set of large icons or as a list. Find the Setup application and double-click it to start the installation.

6. Depending upon your computer's security settings, you may see the following dialogue box. If so, click Run to start installing the product.

Installation instructions

1. Click Next to begin customizing the installation.
   
   
   
2. Read the End-User License Agreement carefully. Click the check box next to 'I accept the terms in the License Agreement' and click Next to continue the installation.
   
   
   
3. The Custom Setup screen allows you to modify the location and features of the product during installation. We recommend that you click Next to install the product using the standard features and location.
   
   
   
4. The wizard is ready to begin the installation. Click Install to continue.
   
   
   
5. Wait while the installation process completes.
   
   
   
6. When the installation process completes click Finish.
   
   
   
7. To clean up your desktop, locate the RetireworX.Planner.Setup ZIP folder that the download saved to your desktop.
   
   Right-click on the file and select Delete from the pop-up menu to remove the RetireworX.Planner.Setup ZIP folder from your desktop.
   
   Click Yes to confirm the file deletion.
   
   
   
8. Locate the RetireworX Planner shortcut icon on your desktop. Double-click the icon to start RetireworX Planner
